It’s Friday, so it’s weigh-in day for my online support group. I am down 2 lbs since I last put my weight into Myfitnesspal.com, which put me down 16 pounds total. I am at my lowest weight since I started. That is good!
I have plans for two separate “hikes” this weekend. I’m doing the Deschutes River Trail in the Old Mill District with my Facebook group Saturday morning. It’s a “get to know you hike” so hopefully it’ll be slow and comfortable, full of more girl talk than huffing. Then Sunday I’m doing the Dry Canyon with a friend. I have never been to the dry canyon, but what I read about it, it sounds like fun. I’m sure I’ll have pictures of that. 🙂
It is National Girlfriend’s Day! I haven’t bothered to delve too deeply into the specifics, but it’s another fake holiday. Not to be cynical, though. I am very thankful for my girlfriends, old and new. I’m excited that I get to see some of them tonight for book club.
I’m not quite mentally ready to get back on the Slim-Fast band wagon yet. I did drink my shake this morning. But, for my “snack” I am drinking a 32 ounce snapple. Ok, not all of it, but 2/3 of it. I’m already over my sugar limit for the day. But, whatever. Also, it’s book club tonight. I’m pretty sure I won’t be eating carrot sticks. Well, I might eat carrot sticks, but I think the hard apple cider will out weigh the good about them.
I love that my book club is full of “bad” girls who swear and drink, and have in depth conversations about books.
I started my Ipockolyptic 30 Day Challenge today. I should have started with a lower amount of sit ups, those things killed me. The 1 burpee I had to do today was pretty miserable, too. I may have bit off more than I can chew. We shall see. I did it. It may have looked ugly, but I did it. That’s the important thing.
Also in the Ugly catagory, Facebook was down when I woke up this morning. I got laundry in the washer earlier than I ever have. I also updated my Myfitnesspal.com account, which I haven’t done in awhile. I imagine not having Facebook ruined quite a few morning/afternoon/evening routines.
